Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

Prototypenbau & NPI

Montage von Prototypen und Vorseriengeräten nach technischen Zeichnungen, Stücklisten und Arbeitsanweisungen
Unterstützung beim Aufbau neuer Produkte und Baugruppen im NPI-Umfeld
Durchführung von Anpassungen und Nacharbeiten im Rahmen von Entwicklungszyklen

Test & Validierung

Unterstützung bei Funktionsprüfungen und Tests von Baugruppen und Systemen
Dokumentation von Auffälligkeiten, Fehlerbildern und Verbesserungspotenzialen
Enger Austausch mit Industrial Engineering, R&D und Qualität zur Fehleranalyse

Prozessfeedback & Verbesserung

Aktive Rückmeldung zu Montageabläufen (Montierbarkeit, Reihenfolge, Werkzeuge)
Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Prozessen (Lean, CI)
Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Verbesserung von Arbeitsanweisungen

Zusammenarbeit im Projektumfeld

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Industrial Engineering, Entwicklung (R&D), Qualität und Produktion
Flexibler Einsatz entsprechend Projektphase (Prototyp → Vorserie → Ramp-up)
Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung des Serienanlaufs

Qualifikationen & Erfahrung

Fachliche Anforderungen

Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung (z. B. Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker, Elektroniker oder vergleichbar)
Idealerweise Erfahrung in Montage, Prototypenbau oder Kleinserienfertigung
Grundverständnis für technische Zeichnungen und Stücklisten
Erfahrung mit elektromechanischen Baugruppen von Vorteil

Methoden & Arbeitsweise

Sorgfältige, strukturierte und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
Flexibilität im Umgang mit sich ändernden Anforderungen im NPI-Umfeld
Hands-on-Mentalität und pragmatische Lösungsorientierung

Persönliche Kompetenzen

Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Lernwille
Offenheit für Veränderungen und iterative Entwicklungsprozesse

Sprachen & Tools

Deutsch zwingend erforderlich (verpflichtend) – sichere Verständigung sowie Lesen und Umsetzen von Arbeitsanweisungen
Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil, insbesondere für die Zusammenarbeit in internationalen Projektteams
Basiskenntnisse in MS Office von Vorteil

Our pay is based on the role and the necessary skills and education to perform it successfully. The salary or hourly rate offered is determined by the role's specific requirements, including any applicable step rate pay system at the work location. Salary or hourly pay ranges are influenced by labor laws and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) requirements applicable to the work location which may also affect the workplace arrangement of the role.
