Job Description Summary
The Specialist 1, Complaint Management role is responsible for decontamination and investigation of the APM devices. This role supports the daily activities of technical staff in an assigned area.Receives priorities from the team supervisor to perform assigned task to completion. Has knowledge of work processes and tools within own area.
Applies knowledge to solve standard problems within own area.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Demonstrates knowledge of Dispensing products, how products are used, as well as how they are serviced.
• Ensures complaint investigation findings are provided to appropriate personnel in a timely manner and escalates to Management critical issues as necessary.
• Contributor on projects that drive product safety, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensures complaint investigation documentation and records are complete and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Accountable for individual results.
• Shares experience with others to meet objectives in own area of responsibility.
• May develop procedures & methods to investigate products, material, components and/or operational quality.
• Performs other related duties as required by Supervisor
Qualifications (Education & Experience)
• AS or comparable industry experience
• 2 years’ experience in Quality/Complaint Handling
• Experience with SAP and TrackWise
• Working knowledge of MMS devices

• Has working experience, knowledge, and skills in own job family.
• Applies knowledge and skills to a wide range of standard situations.
• Works independently with little or minimal guidance
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Great communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to solve problems and to meet deadlines within a fast paced environment.
• Great writing skills, knowledgeable of good documentation practices and writing to different audiences.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools to include Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Flexibility and organizational skills to manage/adapt to competing priorities and volume of tasks.
Physical demands
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand or walk, stoop or kneel; is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects; is regularly required to sit, talk, see and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and distant vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Environmental conditions
