Job Description Summary

The Regulatory Affairs Intern, EMEA RA Support supports regulatory activities under supervision to help ensure regulatory compliance and assist the Regulatory Affairs Support team (RAST). The role involves supporting internal regulatory processes, assisting with documentation and database maintenance, and helping address internal and external customer needs. The intern will work closely with Regulatory Affairs team members and gain exposure to regulatory activities across BDx and EMEA countries, while supporting the RAST team as required.

Job Description

Main responsibilities will include:

Assist with handling EMEA BDx Customer & Tender queries and importation requests (excluding B2B), as assigned.

Provide administrative and coordination support for EMEA RA onboarding activities where applicable.

Assist in maintaining RAST processes and procedures by supporting document updates and ensuring information is current and accurately filed.

Collaborate effectively with internal partners, including EMEA RA and EMEA commercial teams, under mentorship.

Maintain and update internal regulatory databases, trackers, and filing systems.

Assist the team in addressing internal customer needs by collecting information, preparing drafts, and tracking responses.
