POSITION SUMMARY(职位概述)
Responsible for Medication Management Solution sales in assign territory. Key tasks are including meet sales target, increase coverage and market share; Build good relationship with customers, and KOLs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES(主要职责)
-           Achieve sales target in assigned area or market for responsible product lines.
完成所负责的产品在指定区域或市场的销售目标。
-           Promote BD Branding and Company Value to customer, participate in territory marketing activity.

-           Exploit assigned customer needs, maintain close relationship with named account in assigned area.

-           Guide and maintain business channel and support business partner in bidding.

-           Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent high quality interactions with management of customers.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES(技能)
-           2 years above working experience in sales, project management and technology in the field of medical equipment

2年医疗设备行业的的工作经历,有销售、项目管理和技术方面的相关经验

-           Excellent in understanding an acting on customer's needs

-           Excellent skill in selling, skilled both in BP management and direct-sales.

-           Excellent skill in negotiation, project management and market information collection

-           Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Chinese as good command of English
