The Athena-2 Service Reporting and Data Analytics Lead will support the ERP business transformation into SAP S4 Hana.

This individual will work closely with the Business and cross-departmental stakeholders to ensure BD EMEA Technical Service relevant Data is reflecting correctly in the ERP system and is of high quality.

The individual will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to give inputs and make sure the TS (Technical Service – After Sales) requirements are implemented, meeting the business objectives and requirements.

Main responsibilities will include:

• As Service Reporting and Data Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for Data extraction and collection, Data validation, Data Cleansing and Data loading
• Close collaboration with the Deloitte Data Specialist and business partners
• Develop a data cleansing plan to identify challenges regarding data quality
• Actively drive data cleansing meetings and report out to the leadership
• Collaborate with your IT (TGS) counterpart to make sure the SAP data flows to the downstream systems (e.g. ServiceMax)
• Deliver Training to data providers on TS owned fields
• Responsible for collecting reporting related business requirements to visualize business performance and business gaps
• Built Power BI reports with the support of experts and IT developers

About you

• You have a Master degree in Economics or a Bachelor’s Degree with some first experience in the field;
• You have strong analytical skills and like data
• Proficiency in Excel analysis - and PowerBI skills;
• You possess strong facilitation, influencing and supporting skills;
• You’re a great teammate
