Field Marketing Lead, North American Key Accounts - Pharmaceutical Systems (Hybrid)

This role is responsible for strategic planning, development, and implementation of account-based marketing plans for the largest and most strategic pharmaceutical accounts.

This is a hybrid role (2-3 days per week in our corporate headquarters).

The role:

Balancing your portfolio of 10+ Strategic Accounts, you will develop an omnichannel marketing strategy (which entails 1:1 and 1:few account-based marketing campaigns, digital demand generation, and continuous sales enablement) to meet the growth objectives of Pharmaceutical Systems business unit.

This position requires strong cross-team and organizational teamwork, excellent communication, and project management skills, along with a passion for driving the right customer experience.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Translate sales and customer objectives (both opportunity and relationship-based) into account-specific engagement marketing plans for strategic accounts.

  • Create, promote, and execute a range of 1:1 and 1:few account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives to achieve sales and pipeline goals that are aligned to those customer priorities.

  • Oversee the timely execution of resources, budgeting, scheduling, for digital, social, and demand generation campaigns for target accounts.

  • Track program results, measure success and report metrics to stakeholders across the business.

  • Lead account monitoring with sales and cross-functional account teams to ensure account marketing goals, key contacts, and account marketing plans remain on track

  • Cultivate long-term relationships with customers and internal colleagues in marketing, sales, and cross-functional leaders.

  • Partner with worldwide marketing functions to leverage existing know-how, assets, content and tools, to design and execute specific marketing programs to engage with target accounts on behalf of sales, and demonstrate to sales reps how they can execute program elements on their own accounts

Success Metrics:

  • Account customer feedback on marketing programs, adoption, and utilization

  • Account/Customer engagement, loyalty, satisfaction, Net Promoter Score

  • Sales utilization of marketing programs and feedback on these programs

  • Global/strategic account opportunity pipeline and revenue growth

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing (preferably in field marketing, demand generation, or customer marketing)

  • 2 years of experience with ABM or highly targeted marketing campaigns for high-value accounts or verticals is a plus

  • Experience with digital marketing, including paid media and paid social programs

  • Experience with marketing and sales automation software (Marketo and Salesforce a plus)

  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, able to effectively interface and build relationships with customers and colleagues at all levels

About You:

  • High level of motivation and drive

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable working in cross-functional teams across a complex matrix structure

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Highly proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time, including internationally

Nice to Have:

  • Experience utilizing ABM software such as Demandbase, Terminus, Triblio, Engagio, 6sense, etc.

  • Experience marketing to life sciences

  • Working knowledge and understanding of the pharma industry, broad therapeutic areas, drugs/treatments, and related regulatory, commercialization and compliance requirements
