Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for BD Veritor’s online brand marketing efforts to ensure our target audiences have a high impact, compelling, and engaging customer/ consumer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • As a seasoned digital marketer, you will lead and help execute on the brand’s overall digital marketing strategy, such as managing our online content and development, social media, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and over digital advertising efforts across consumer, and B2B customers.

  • Lead and execute the CRM and social strategy for HCPs, consumers, and B2B customers (ie. C-suite employers, events coordinators, and related to hospitality and travel). 

  • Collaborate with brand Associate Directors and wider brand team on overall brand strategy to ensure alignment.   Execute with various agency partners and collaborate with MLR (medical, legal, regulatory) teams to ensure contents is consistent with brand guidelines.

  • Monitor, evaluate, and analyze the social media efforts across all channels to test and ensure the social posts’ content and creative are engaging to our target audiences.

  • Build, maintain, and analyze digital advertising campaigns to ensure the content is reaching the right audiences within budget at the most opportune times.

  • Monitor, evaluate, and analyze digital performance dashboards. From traffic analytics to user engagement, you will be responsible for tracking key KPIs to measure ROI of all digital marketing efforts across the BD Veritor portfolio.  Advocate to adjust digital/ social changes to strategy and or execution based on key learnings.

  • Build, maintain, and analyze all digital marketing channels (e.g., website, blogs, and emails) to ensure brand consistency, positive impact, and high user engagement.

  • Be the main responsible person to lead the monitoring of online reviews and ratings across social / ecommerce platform to ensure all responses are appropriately responded to and tracked for compliance purposes; in conjunction with agency responsible for tracking and responding.  Adjust SOP and automated responses throughout the launch year and beyond given learnings.  Ensure tie in with the customer support team around complaint handling.

  • Collaborate efforts with all outside vendors to support digital marketing efforts (e.g., web development, media buying and digital advertising)

  • Monitor competitor’s digital footprints to keep current with market trends and best practices

  • Stay on top of the latest developments in digital marketing efforts to identify opportunities and establish best practices

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Marketing; minimum of 5+ years of digital marketing experience

  • Outstanding communication and technical skills (verbal, written, visual)

  • Tool Skills: Marketo experience is a plus; experience with ecommerce (ie. Amazon) a plus; AEM web and author experience a plus

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, prioritization, and project management skills

  • Team player who can also work independently

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced & dynamic environment

  • Ability to clarify and overcome ambiguity; the flexibility to adapt to change

  • Nimble and proactive

  • Industry experience in biotech, pharma, or health tech/digital health is preferred
