Plant Quality Managerは、福島工場における品質管理全般を担当し、製品品質とコンプライアンスに対して一貫した責任を担います。本ポジションは工場における品質管理、法規制遵守、品質保証、品質管理システム、エンジニアリングの各業務が含まれます。製造、物流、その他の部門と密接に協力しながら、工場の運営と能力向上を図るプラントリーダーシップチームの一員です。

主な職務内容:
工場の品質・コンプライアンス業務を確実に運営する。
福島工場のリーダーシップチームメンバーとして、製造、SCM、ファイナンス等リーダーと工場運営全般にわたる連携を図る。
GAリージョン、海外本社の品質部門、他工場との関係性を構築・維持する。
新規事業、製造案件の可能性について、製造等リーダーとともに獲得のための戦略を構築し、落とし込む。
メンバーを育成し、リーダーパイプラインを構築する。

製造現場での品質マネジメント経験（経験業界不問）
ビジネスレベルの英語スキル
