IT Systems Manufacturing Specialist

Manage the installation and support of Operational Technology (OT) for all manufacturing lines; assuring technology is adequate for application and conforms with corporate requirements for security. Support Corp initiatives for manufacturing IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.
Develop and maintain a general knowledge of all IT/Operational Technology (OT) systems and software that support manufacturing. ( PLC-HMI-Windows)
Develop and maintain a general knowledge of BD’s OT Cybersecurity standards.
Develop and implement solutions to IT/OT challenges as they arise.
Specific responsibilities may include the support of:
Zebra printer and Label Vision inspection Systems; installation, set up and support of daily issues as they arise.
Barcode verifiers (packaging)
Production Windows PC’s and software
Corporate IT initiatives and considerations on how it might affect the local site. Supply all final approvals for all local changes.. (Network Remediation)
OT Cybersecurity standards
All Local MFG Application Servers/Workstations (approximately 7 major systems)
IBM DCS workflow (data collection system from hand-helds) for material transfers and timecards
Label One support (Bartender 2019/2021 and LVS 7510)
Corp team initiatives and future planning for IT/OT within MFG sites.
Win7 Remediations. Replacing and verifying all existing software functions on Windows10. If there are issues work with HCL security team on how to resolve.
OT Cybersecurity standards knowledge is a plus
Bachelor's Degree preferred
3 to 5 years experience preferred
Minimum of Associates 2 Years Degree
