PURPOSE OF JOB
· Direct responsible in opportunity identification and business development activities, achieve sales and profit target of BD products at the areas assigned.
· Educating customers on value of products through effective features and benefits discussions and presentations

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

-    Direct responsible in sales and marketing activities in achieving sales and profit targets of BD products on assigned area.

-   Develop and implement training programs and modules to educate distributor’s sales force and customers.                 

-    Develop strategy on conversion plan of hospital, offer value added services of clinical team’s ability to help hospital processes.                                                            

-    Work with training department of key customers on a regular basis to differentiate BD.

-    Improving training materials and adopting “Best Practice” to support customers..

-    Update clinical processes at the hospital, based on hospital’s benchmark.  

-    Feedback on competitor product features and benefits in comparison with BD established product offerings.      

-    Develop collaboration programs with professional institutions.
