The Account Manager is responsible to achieve sales and profit target of BD products at the areas assigned, and develop strategic account management. Provide guidance and training for distributors/sub-distributors’ sales forces and customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Works closely with the Strategic Account Leader and plays a strategic role in managing high impact sales opportunities specific to Medical Segment at selective strategic accounts in the public segment.
  • Maintains key relationships with clients, and leads the execution of critical sales processes
  • Achieve sales and profit target of BD products on assigned area in the public segment.
  • Work together with distributors’ team on assigned area to provide monthly salesforecast in order to provide sufficient stock of BD products.
  • Create demand for new products to enter the market at strategic accounts.
  • Carry out market survey and gather important information on our products and competitors’.
  • Conduct in-service trainings to prospective, new and existing strategic accounts as well as product knowledge trainings to distributor’s/sub-distributors’ sales forces.
  • Monitor & develop strategy together with marketing segment for e-katalog sales to maintain and expand shared.

Our Requirements

  • Educational background: Nurse / Nursing
  • At least 3 years working experience in hospital and/or medical device or healthcare industries
  • Hold active NIRA (local nurse license from PPNI/ member of Indonesia Nurse Associations)  
  • Fluent in English
  • Willing to travel
  • Willingness to share the knowledge with others
