Becton Dickinson Hungary Kft. is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for a downstream protein manufacturing role as a Purification Biochemist to join our Purification Team. The successful candidate will execute downstream processes and perform in-process analytics.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

• The primary responsibility will be to purify monoclonal antibodies from cell culture supernatant
• Analyze proteins using standard protein characterization methods (SDS-PAGE, LAL test, LC/MS, etc.)
• Understand and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies
• Accurately perform the daily tasks with adherence to all relevant work instructions (batch records, standard work instructions, SOPs, etc.)
• Maintain detailed documentation in support of ISO requirements
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Other projects / duties as assigned

Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

• Bachelor’s degree in Cell Biology, Microbiology, or a related Life Science field
• Working experience with the followings is an advantage:mammalian cell cultures,bioreactor
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Advanced English knowledge
• Fluent Hungarian knowledge - written & spoken
