Job Description Summary
Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, problem solving and maintaining all manufacturing equipment’s.Job Description
1. Perform routine and preventive maintenance to all manufacturing equipment based on Work Order by Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly or Annually.
2. Troubleshoot and repair electrical control and mechanical problems.
3. Identify, prepare and present solutions to equipment problems and continuous improvement projects.
4. Assist new equipment commissioning to verify that the testing and installation is done correctly and efficiency completed.
5. Maintain effective communication level and foster teamwork.
6. Ensure adherence to all safety procedure and 5S standards.
7. Perform any other relevant and related responsibilities may be assigned to from time to time as required by superior.
