Job Description Summary
We are recruiting a creative Mould Repair Technician to form part of the team responsible for the manufacture, repair and customisation of parts. Collaborating with the Maintenance Supervisor, you will provide toolroom based support for the repair of Mould tools and equipment, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.This is a shift-based onsite role with a generous shift allowance of 20%, offering a great opportunity to work in a high-volume environment.

This is a shift based role on a 3 on, 3 off basis with permanent hours of 0700-1900 with a generous shift allowance of 20%.
Main responsibilities will include:
Use time and in-house facilities efficiently to repair and maintain injection moulding tools.
Provide engineering support for production activities.
Follow Good Manufacturing Procedures and safe working practices.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping in the toolroom and other work areas.
Align with Safety Lockout and work warning systems.
Respond to emergencies by working overtime when required.
Keep records of spare parts to ensure they are restocked and cost-effective.
About you:
Completed an apprenticeship or equivalent in maintenance engineering.
Resourceful problem solver with good knowledge of electrical and mechanical aspects, adept at repairing and modifying parts to optimise functionality.
Experience in hot runner injection molding in beneficial
Confident using Microsoft Office programs and other IT systems
Strong communication skills and collaborative mentality.
