Job Description SummaryThis role is an individual contributor position and part of the Capital Sales Operations Support Team. The Capital Sales Operations Support Team duties include the preparation of quotes, sales orders, inventory tracking and managing new and existing sales programs.

Key responsibilities will include the ability to:
Interface with BD Sales to communicate orders, and resolve customer service issues.
Review and create capital quotes.
Review and create sales orders for capital and service billing in ServiceMax and MFGPro, including managing change and return orders.
Follow-up with purchase orders including invoicing and possible credit card processing review.
Evaluate equipment and sales programs reports.
Coordinate capital inventory tracking and reporting.
Reconcile data between ServiceMax and ERP system for capital Demo/Loaner/Evaluation pool of equipment.
To be successful in this role, you require:
A minimum of a high school diploma or GED. An Associate's degree in business or related degree is preferred.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service or sales support role.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word and Access .
Knowledge of ServiceMax, MFGPro and SAP is preferred.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Solid customer service skills with a proven ability to quickly establish credibility, and trust.
The ability to work independently with minimal direction and to thrive in a fast paced, team environment.
Strong organizational skills; results and detail-oriented.
