JOB OVERVIEW:

The Culture Champion drives the execution of internal culture and employee engagement activities designed to continually enrich the culture of the TGS. This person works closely with Communications and Functional Excellence Leadership to ensure programs are delivering desired outcomes for the TGS.
This position reports directly to the Associate Director, Operating Model & Portfolio Integration

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop innovative and creative employee activities to promote behavioral guidebook

  • Behavioral guidebook - identifying and documenting of change initiatives and planning strategies that lead to successful adoption

  • Research, develop, and execute new culture initiatives to increase employee engagement.

  • Responsible to grow existing program to ensure efficient, employee engagement, and innovation.

  • Monitor and report on participation and engagement levels, conducting periodic employee surveys to report back to leadership.

  • Continuously identify ways to improve the employee experience by engaging with staff and bringing perspective on best practices in fostering culture; Research top companies to identify best in class practices.

  • Plan monthly and quarterly events focused on culture

  • Contribute to the overall culture-led transformation strategy in line with internal and external trends and advancing the thinking around solutions to accelerate organizational effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with TGS Communications on employee centric communications to promote company engagement initiatives.

  • Develop measurement metrics to measure progress on awareness and adoption.

  • Maintain an understanding of VOE survey results and utilize feedback to foster culture initiatives.

  • Make recommendations for the development and implementation of new processes and communication channels to ensure employees are informed of company initiatives, programs, and announcements in collaboration with TGS communications.

  • Ad hoc projects.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of organizational transformation, change management, process improvements, communications and influencing skills together.

EDUCATION:

  • 10+ years of experience HR, Change Management or IT Communications related field

  • Bachelors degree.
