Senior Manager, Reporting and Analytics
Job Description Summary
Global senior manager that provides operational metrics and reporting for the Shared Service Centers (SSCs) and Global Functional Leadership to effectively measure performance, identify continuous improvement opportunities, and deliver actionable insights driving better business outcomes. This role will lead the SSC reporting across our centers in Poland, Malaysia, Chile and the United States, which will require close partnership with the Global Process Leaders (GPL’s), Center Directors as well as other groups of Technology & Global Services associates.Job Description

Core Responsibilities
Manage reporting and analytics initiatives for BD Shared Services globally, overseeing team of analysts located across USA, Poland, and Chile.
Work closely with external benchmarking organizations to ensure BD is aligning to evolving market standards (e.g. KPIs)
Contributes to large-scale strategic projects as well as ongoing operational activities from a data perspective
Design, build, and maintain automated reporting and dashboards to track business performance metrics
Deliver business insights from data analysis to senior management.
Provide business and technical expertise to the analytics process, tools, and applications for shared service team members
Explore using business intelligence data for predictive analytics and facilitating implementation of new tools and data sets

Analytical Skills: Able to process data and translate into conclusions, recommendations, solutions
Influence/Change Agent: Ability to influence without authority to drive decision-making and accountability in a highly matrixed environment
Manage Complexity: Resolve and/or appropriately escalate complex issues as necessary
Know the Landscape: Understanding of cultures, business requirements, legal and labor practices across the global shared services network
Relationship Management: Develop and cultivate relationships to effectively leverage capabilities, negotiate agreements, and drive accountability
Facilitation: Must be able to facilitate difficult working sessions with senior leaders and handle positive and negative feedback and inputs appropriately
Communication and Reporting: Has experience in building great quality outcomes and constructing complex report outs – preferably using automatic solutions – Microsoft Power BI, QlikSense, Tableau
Calmness and Clarity Under Pressure: Capable of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment under changeable priorities
Personal Credibility & Integrity: Demonstrated excellence in professionalism, professional communication, presence, a high degree of integrity, and willingness/strength to do the right thing in difficult situations
Other Position Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree. Majors in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, or related Analytical field is preferred
Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible international experience including Shared Services/BPO/IT/Consulting organization
Software: Reporting platforms such as Microsoft Power BI/QlikSense is considered an asset
Knowledge of End-to-End Business Processes (e.g. Source to Pay, Quote to Cash) is considered an asset
Language Required: English (advanced)
Travel: Up to 10%
