Service Efficiency Senior Systems Lead supports our Global Customer Service Enterprise Technology ecosystem. Utilizing senior level experience driving strategy in our enterprise systems. This role will work closely with senior leaders, stakeholders, and customers who use BD applications.

Successful candidate responsibilities:

  • Partner with Product Owners across business units to align priorities and solutions
  • Partner with Product Owners on user story development, test scenarios, and solutions
  • End to end Feature Owner for solutions within larger programs
  • Ability to lead technology projects from business case through delivery
  • Ability to lead requirements gathering workshops and facilitate stakeholder alignment
  • Provide Enterprise Systems expertise for teams solving complex business problems
  • Map current and future state technology process maps in Visio and Powerpoint as needed
  • Provide continuous improvement feedback to project and agile teams
  • Mentor junior team members on Systems and Agile best practices
  • Serve as Enterprise Systems subject matter expert on programs as dynamic needs arise
  • Suggest Systems development best practices from past industry experiences
  • Help Product Owners articulate to stakeholders the value of recommended solutions
  • Answer questions from developers and clarify requirements
  • Requirements analysis: collaborates with stakeholders and product teams to break down large stories into features and user stories that can be understood by development team.
  • Synthesize requirements to create clear and comprehensive user stories and solution design documentation
  • Responsible for testing plan development and execution
  • Daily support of production issues
  • Desire to grow into additional leadership roles such as Product Owner or Technical Systems Lead role.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6+ years Salesforce.com Service, Field Service Communities , Sales (at least 2)
  • 6+ years translating stakeholders requests into Salesforce functionality in Agile environments
  • Experience leading team discussions in agile-scrum environments with competing priorities
  • Strong experience business process mapping new and existing functionality
  • Experience working with both Agile and traditional project management teams
  • Change management experience, particularly implementing new enterprise technology
  • Expert stakeholder management and Stakeholder analysis
  • Ability to effectively communicate across all organizational levels from Analyst to Executive
  • Expert with MS Office Suite including Excel, PPT, and Visio
