Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Archive Device History Records (DHRs), Temporary Deviations (TDs) for retrieval/retention for the Sandy Site.
2. Close and archive Protocols for the 427 Unit and the Sandy Site utilizing the Protocol Tracking Tool (PTT) for retrieval/retention.
3. Update the Controlled Quality System Manual in DIS - Quality Systems Binders when ECO's are released.
4. Iron Mountain Admin for the Sandy Plant, issue new and maintain user accounts and ordering of supplies.
5. Maintain Records on site for Project Binders and other Regulatory Records.
6. Comply with all local BD quality policies, procedures, and practices through consistent application of sound quality assurance principles.
7. Other duties as assigned.
Education:
· HS Diploma or related discipline required
Experience:
· Minimum of 5 years direct experience with Manufacturing workorders preferred.
· Diligent with working with Material Number/Workorder number combinations.
· Working knowledge of SAP, Outlook Email and Microsoft Access, Word and Excel.

· The incumbent may occasionally be required to lift to 20 lbs., frequently lift up to 10 lbs., occasionally pulling/pushing up to 30 lbs., frequently pushing/pulling up to 10 lbs., frequently carry up to 5 lbs.
· Employees must have normal field of vision and hearing sufficient to safely move documents and banker boxes within the department.
Shift: Day Shift - Monday through Friday (8:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M)
