Key Responsibilities
Be in charge of MDS platform by leading key marketing strategies and activities required for achieving financial goal
Develop and execute business plan through clear understanding of market dynamics
Identify potential market and opportunities through deep understanding of market environment and develop new business plan
Interact closely with sales/clinical team to ensure goal and direction of marketing strategies and ensure implementation of marketing plans
Develop brand messages and promotional materials/marketing assests
Utilize omni-channel to engage with key customers/external stakeholders and help generate sales leads through digital marketing
Coordinate business work process across shared functions such as F&A, SCM, QA,RAPA etc
Ensure all business activities comply with the relevant standards/guidelines etc
Basic Qualifications/ Requirement
5~8 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, preferably with an international exposure
Solid interpersonal and communication skills
Good analytical skills and excellent verbal/written English skills
Strong ability to work collaboratively and strong responsibility
Advanced MS office skills are required
