The Financial Planning & Analysis Lead position will be responsible for producing reports and analysis for use by staff of all levels in daily operations and decision making.  Position will also utilize quantitative skills and statistical software while building relationships with the Home Care team (Marketing, Sales, Operations, etc.) to generate insight that aid in the development of actionable strategies to enhance business results.  The analyst will identify and recommend improvements to existing processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and performance. The right candidate will possess the right balance of financial planning and analytical abilities in order to apply these traits to increase the performance of the business.


  • Identifies, analyzes, and communicates to management the impact on the Company's financial investments, profitability, and competitive position utilizing relevant analytical methods and/or department forecasting models
  • Performs sophisticated data analytics (encompassing data mining, predictive analytics and forecasting).  Identifies actionable insights from various (or multiple) sources of data that measurably improve business outcomes or reduce business risk
  • Perform analysis around marketing strategy and the efficiency of new initiatives to drive lead growth, customer growth, and business profitability.
  • Enhances the forecasting methodology to accurately predict future sales and communicate expectations to sales, finance and operations teams. Develops and maintains data models as required and collects and analyzes information to support sales revenue forecasting
  • Perform routine analysis of customer census to determine trends that predict future orders, sales, profitability and drive business growth.
  • Aids in the design of visually interactive and actionable dashboards using data visualization tools
  • Provide short and long‐term financial planning & analysis for the Marketing & Sales team operating expenses.
  • Evaluate potential projects, build financial models and provide business valuations to support Sr. Management decisions.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and develop and distribute KPI’s for various business segments and/or stakeholders.
  • Performs other duties and tasks as directed and/or assigned


  • BS required, preferably in Accounting/Finance
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' of corporate Accounting/Finance experience required.
  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources required.
  • Experience with process improvement and prior ownership of key financial reporting responsibilities required.
  • Software‐intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, knowledge and experience with crystal reports, MS access, or SQL scripting highly preferred
  • Analytical—the individual synthesizes complex or diverse information.
