Essential / Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Document Control / EDMS

  • Training program

  • Record retention

  • Supports investigations and continuous improvement activities.

  • Applies experience to complete assignments and facilitates the work activities of others.

  • May provide technical guidance and training to others.

  • May coordinate work beyond own area.

  • Proposes improvements to processes and may be responsible for execution of a process or analysis.

  • Accountable for the execution of specific tasks with moderate discretion and with oversight from a supervisor.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates knowledge of document control, EDMS, training and record retention processes.

  • MS Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CQA, CQPA

Education and/or Experience:

  • Highschool diploma / GED

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience

Physical Demands:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use

  • sight, and use hands to manipulate, handle or feel objects, tools, controls, and office equipment.

  • The employee frequently is required to verbally communicate with other associates. The

  • employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel or crouch.

Peripheral Intervention:

  • Our Peripheral Intervention (PI) business unit offers a comprehensive range of medical products, devices and services for the treatment of peripheral arterial and venous disease, cancer detection, and end-stage renal disease and maintenance.
