About the role
As a Vendor Care Intern you willbe responsible for the update of vendors/suppliers in regards to payment queries. You will also resolve payment issues and receive phone calls. Based on the knowledge and training received, we expect you to be working on payment information from SAP system and other BD tools used for Accounts Payables.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Support the team in any issues related to invoice status, cooperating with other Teams on daily basis.
- Cooperate with the other operational teams of the EUSSC to guarantee customer focus and meet customer requirements.
- Participate in project(s) to support the implementation of new business developments, in order to facilitate the success of the project by bringing in your day-to-day experience in the customer service and accounting area.
- Continuously improve functional and technical knowledge to guarantee a high level of accomplishment on the job.
About you
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to details.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Pro-activeness, improvements driver, problem solver.
- Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of English (communicative).
- Knowledge of German, Italian, French or Spanish is a great asset!
