Job Description

Responsibilities:

· Proficiency working in Azure DevOps and GitHub environments

· Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

· Design, provision, secure, and optimize cloud services (Azure, AWS) including:

o Azure Virtual Networks, Private Endpoints, Private Link, NSGs, Azure Firewall, Virtual Machines, App Services, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Container Apps, Blob Storage, Azure SQL Database, PostgreSQL, Azure Front Door, Application Gateways, Load Balancers

o AWS VPCs, subnets, routing, IGW, NAT, EC2, Auto Scaling Groups (ASG), ECS/EKS, S3, IAM roles and policies, Application and Network Load Balancers

· Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, and YAML

· Troubleshoot and improve reliability of pipelines, IaC modules, providers, and bootstrap/dependency processes.

· Automations using PowerShell, Ansible & bash

· Configure and enforce security controls including hardened templates, SSL certificates, custom domains, DNS mapping, IAM/RBAC, and secure VNet integration.

· Design solutions for high availability, disaster recovery, auto-scaling, and failover capabilities.

· Maintain DevOps/infrastructure documentation, runbooks, and standards

· Design and build architectures for deployment and document all solutions using HLD/LLD.

Required Skills:

· Proven experience managing and deploying cloud services previously mentioned

· Strong knowledge of Terraform, Bicep, and YAML-based deployments.

· Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration strategies.

· Proficiency in securing cloud environments with Azure AD, RBAC, private endpoint isolation, and advanced network security controls.

· Strong grasp of system performance, autoscaling strategies, load balancing, and cost optimization.

· Solid understanding of cloud networking and security:

o Azure: VNets, Private Endpoints, NSGs, Firewall, LB

o AWS: VPCs, routing, IGW/NAT, IAM, LB

· Configuration experience with VPC/VNETs, subnets, routing, IGW, NAT, EC2, ASG, ECS/EKS, Load Balancers, S3, IAM roles/policies

· Ability to produce and communicate technical designs (HLD/LLD) to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Experience working with ServiceNow, including interaction with ITSM processes (e.g., change, incident, request, or CMDB)

Preferred Qualifications:

· 5+ Years experience in DevOps/DevSecOps/Platform Engineering/IaC/SRE environments and cloud computing environments

· Familiarity with backend core infrastructure technologies including server provisioning, networking, availability zones.

· Familiarity with platform engineering concepts and landing zone architecture.

· Relevant Azure and/or AWS certifications are a plus.
