Job Description

Role Overview / Responsibilities

Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex onsite issues related to clinical diagnostic equipment and software that cannot be resolved at the first level of support
Contribute to product management and new product introductions, identifying issues related to design, reliability, and maintenance, and collaborating with global engineering teams to improve product quality
Provide advanced technical support to customers by leveraging a broad range of technical expertise, helping to build strong and trusted relationships
Take the lead in issue resolution and preventive maintenance activities in clinical environments, contributing to improved healthcare outcomes

Education & Qualifications
Education

Bachelor’s degree or above (including university, graduate school, junior college, or technical college)

Required

Valid driver’s license
Experience in equipment maintenance

Preferred

Field Service Engineer experience in the medical device industry
Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as PC and network fundamentals
English proficiency sufficient to read technical manuals (TOEIC score: approx. 500 or higher preferred)

最終学歴大学院、大学、短期大学、高専各種学校、高等専門学校卒以上
必須要件

・普通自動車免許

・機器メンテナンスのご経験をお持ちの方
歓迎要件
　・医療機器業界でのフィールドサービスエンジニア経験
　・電気・機械の基本的な知識、PC・ネットワークの基本知識
　・英語スキル（マニュアル読解程度）Toeic500点以上を希望
