Your responsibilities will include boosting sales growth, encouraging strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional product support within your designated territory. Requirements
- Attain sales goals and drive revenue growth within your assigned territory
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing new business opportunities
- Position yourself as a product expert, educating healthcare professionals on the accurate use and benefits of BD's latest medical devices
- Provide on-site technical support during procedures to ensure accurate product utilization
- Offer in-depth training and education to physicians, hospital staff, and other team members
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product information, industry trends, and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product distribution and customer happiness
- Maintain a valid driver's license and meet BD's auto safety standards
- Ability to travel at least 50%, including overnight stays
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 4 years of sales background, ideally within the medical or healthcare sector
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and planning skills
- Familiarity with medical and surgical terminology, as well as basic anatomy knowledge
- Ability to discuss BD's products in relation to the human body and illustrate their benefits convincingly
