Key Responsibilities

  • Ordering and  Preparing Sales gimmick, Booth Accessory per each sales campaign to support the sales team. 

  • Co-ordinate sales related issues between Sales Representatives, Product Specialists and  Service engineers.

  • Handling distributor and dealers’ calls and requirement.

  •  Co-ordinate security clearance for sample, stock delivery as well as visitors.

  • Dealing with courier services especially Service & repair parts as well as sample in and out for Sales team and customers.

  • Support Travel & accommodation arrangement for Thailand team for local & Oversea.

  • Help administration sales project.

  • Preparing tender document as well as act as representative in tendering when required.

  • Control Stationery supplies, Name card preparation etc.

  • Any other administration support to team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or administrative support.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Customer‑service oriented, with a friendly and approachable personality.

  • Able to provide excellent service and support to both internal teams and external customers.
