BD is looking for an Account Manager who is ready to take on the challenge of growing sales and market share in Other Eastern Europe and Israel for the Peripheral Interventions Business Unit. This role focuses on building strong relationships with customers and distributors while driving sales for BD’s innovative medical products. Key Responsibilities:
- Increase Sales: Grow sales and increase market share for BD’s Peripheral Intervention products. Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Implement Sales Plans: Develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth in the territory, ensuring BD products are effectively promoted through distributors.
- Launch New Products: Introduce new products and technologies to the market, ensuring healthcare providers understand their clinical and economic value.
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, decision-makers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs). Position BD as a trusted partner by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Provide Training: Train distributors and healthcare professionals on BD products, including clinical applications and procedural techniques.
- Monitor the Market: Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity, using insights to adjust sales tactics and identify growth opportunities.
- Clinical Responsibilities: Support physicians and clinical staff during procedures in Cath Labs and Operating Rooms by providing on-site technical and clinical support and act as a resource for troubleshooting and best practices in real-time clinical settings.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Sales Experience: Minimum 4 years in medical device sales, ideally in interventional radiology, vascular surgery, or cardiology. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Clinical Knowledge: Comfortable working in Cath Labs and supporting physicians during procedures. Ability to explain complex clinical concepts in simple terms.
- Strategic Thinker: Skilled in creating and executing business plans to grow market share and capture new opportunities.
- Communication Skills: Strong relationship-building abilities with customers, distributors, and key decision-makers.
- Results-Driven: Persistent, resilient, and motivated to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of sales experience in the medical device industry, preferably in interventional radiology or vascular surgery.
- Experience providing clinical support in Cath Labs or similar environments.
- Proven ability to work with distributors and drive sales growth.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- University degree and strong computer skills (MS Office).
- Ability to travel 40% – 60% within the territory.
- Valid driver’s license.
Strategic Responsibilities:
85% - oversee a team of up to 50 resources to support access provisioning and deprovisioning for workforce and machine identities.
improve quality and reduce cost of maintaining access through the lifecycle at BD.
Define success criteria and Key Performance Indicators.
Automate access provisioning and access revocation processes across applications and systems.
Drive toward highly effective and efficient technical and operational support of access tools in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Authentication, Single Sign On, Password Resets, and Multifactor Authentication (MFA).
15% - Professional development in current IAM best practices and professional development in Leadership, mentoring and coaching.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or at least five years’ experience in a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on Identity and Access Management and security operations.
Strong understanding of networking and networking protocols, network security and identification of system vulnerabilities.
Working knowledge of common IAM solutions such as IGA, PAM, Authentication, MFA.
Familiarity with regulatory standards such as SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills using common tools such as Microsoft Excel analytical features.
Data driven and fact based decision making capability.
Successful Process Improvement initiatives.
Strong communication skills and leadership experience with large operations functions.
Preferred Skills
Certifications like CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCNA/CCNP, CEH or CompTIA CYSA+.
Experience with organizational standards and policies (ISO, NIST)
Strong communication and collaboration abilities for stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.
