Job Description

Actividades y responsabilidades principales

• Gestionar y actualizar herramientas comerciales: presentaciones, fichas técnicas, argumentarios, comparativos y materiales de valor.
• Coordinar el flujo de solicitudes comerciales entre Ventas, Marketing, Service y Supply Chain.
• Dar soporte en la preparación de propuestas comerciales, licitaciones y renovaciones.
• Consolidar información de clientes, oportunidades y pipeline para reuniones comerciales y S&OP.
• Asegurar la correcta carga y calidad de datos en CRM (Salesforce).
• Implementar acciones de trade marketing para distribuidores y clientes clave: campañas, promociones y activaciones insitu.
• Coordinar eventos, workshops, demos y actividades de generación de demanda junto a Marketing y Ventas.
• Gestionar el inventario y distribución de materiales promocionales y kits de lanzamiento.
• Monitorear la ejecución en campo y asegurar consistencia de marca en todos los puntos de contacto.
• Desarrollar reportes y dashboards (Excel/Power BI) sobre ventas, forecast, consumo, base instalada y performance por canal.
• Analizar tendencias, brechas y oportunidades para mejorar la productividad comercial.
• Dar soporte en el análisis de pricing, descuentos, rentabilidad y comparativos competitivos.
• Preparar reportes para reuniones de negocio, QBRs y revisiones con distribuidores.
• Acompañar la ejecución de planes comerciales y de trade marketing en el canal indirecto.
• Monitorear el cumplimiento de acuerdos comerciales, forecast y acciones de activación.
• Consolidar información de mercado, competencia y oportunidades detectadas por distribuidores

Formación académica y experiencia previa

• Carreras cursadas en Administración, Marketing, Ingeniería Comercial, Economía o carreras afines.
• Deseable especialización en Trade Marketing, Comercial o Data Analytics.
• 2–4 años en roles de soporte comercial, trade marketing, ventas internas o análisis comercial.
• Experiencia en salud, diagnóstico, pharma, tecnología médica o industrias reguladas (deseable).
• Manejo avanzado de Excel; deseable experiencia en Power BI.
• Experiencia trabajando con equipos comerciales y distribuidores.
