Job Description

Coordina el establecimiento y la comunicación de objetivos desafiantes de SQDC. Traduce
los objetivos de la unidad de manufactura en líneas/áreas/lugares de trabajo y se asegura
de que cada asociado comprenda lo que se espera de ellos con objetivos individuales,
específicos y medibles documentados. / Coordinates the establishment and communication of
challenging SQDC goals. Translates manufacturing unit targets into lines / areas / workplaces and
ensures that each associate understands what is expected from them with documented individual,
specific and measurable targets.
• Inicia e impulsa el cambio para garantizar que se cumplan los objetivos de SQDC a corto y
largo plazo para las líneas/áreas bajo responsabilidad. / Initiates and drives change to ensure
that short and long term SQDC goals for the lines / areas under responsibility are being met.
• Resuelve los problemas en la línea y para la unidad de fabricación de manera oportuna, al
tiempo que muestra un liderazgo de servicio. Gestiona el equipo de acuerdo con los valores
de BD. / Resolves issues in the line and for the manufacturing unit in a timely manner, while
displaying servant leadership. Manages the team in line with BD values.
• Ejecuta el ciclo TMS para las líneas/áreas y establece la dirección de 24 horas para la unidad
de manufactura / Runs the TMS cycle for the lines/areas and sets the 24-hour direction for the
manufacturing unit
• Realiza revisiones anuales del desempeño del equipo y se asegura de que cada individuo
tenga un plan de desarrollo activo en marcha y realiza reuniones individuales periódicas con
cada miembro del equipo para revisar el desempeño y ayudarlos a crecer. / Does yearly
performance reviews of the team and ensures every individual has an active development plan in
place and does regular 1:1s with each team member to review performance and help them to grow.
• Lidera las actividades de DTM y es responsable de la creación de procesos de trabajo de
DTM (por ejemplo, CIL, CL, etc.) / Leads DTM activities being responsible for creating of DTM
work processes (e.g., CIL, CL etc.)
• Colabora con Logística para establecer cronogramas de producción, monitorea el
desempeño de la entrega en comparación con el cronograma. / Collaborate with Logistics to
establish production schedules, monitor delivery performance versus schedule.
• Garantiza que se realicen evaluaciones regulares, oportunas y precisas de los asociados
por hora mediante actividades de coaching. / Ensures regular, timely, and accurate
assessments of hourly associates are delivered through coaching activities.
• Trabaja con los asociados para resolver problemas e inquietudes; involucra a RR.HH.
cuando es necesario. / Works with associates to resolve issues and concerns; involves HR
when needed.
• Desarrolla su propio dominio en la operación, la gestión de personas y BD Excellence. /
Builds his/her own mastery in the operation, people management and BD Excellence.
• Pasa más del 50% del tiempo en la planta de producción supervisando las actividades dentro
de la unidad de manufactura / Spends more than 50% of the time on the production floor
overseeing activities within the manufacturing unit.
• Otras tareas que sean necesarias para satisfacer las necesidades de la empresa. / Other
duties as required to support the needs of the business.

Educación y experiencia / Education and Experience:

• Diploma de escuela preparatoria obligatorio / High School Diploma / GED: Required
• Licenciatura en ciencias (obligatoria) en administración industrial, administración de
empresas, ingeniería o un campo relacionado / BA/BS Degree – Required – Science,
Industrial management, Business, Engineering or a related field
• Se requieren 3 años de experiencia en manufactura en el entorno de dispositivos
médicos / 3 years of manufacturing experience in medical devices environment required
• Se requieren 3 años de experiencia en liderazgo de personal / 3 years of people leading
experience required
