Job Overview
As a Marketing Coordinator for Home Care at BD, you will play a vital role in coordinating marketing claims and materials through review, development, and archiving. You will report to the Manager of Content Strategy and collaborate closely with the Home Care and MLR teams. Your key responsibilities will involve managing the entire Veeva submission process, identifying projects and claims nearing expiration, coordinating with content creators for necessary updates based on MLR feedback, and maintaining strong working relationships with the MLR team.
Location: Covington, GA
4 days In Office, 1 day at home.
Requirements/ Experience
Manage the entire Veeva submission process from beginning to end for the BD Home Care direct-to-consumer team
Identify projects and claims within Veeva nearing expiration, and work with relevant parties to determine which items need re-approval
Coordinate with content creators (internal and external) regarding necessary changes based on MLR team feedback
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with MLR team members, including weekly meetings
Manage deadlines, ensuring pieces are submitted and approved on time
Track the approval process, flagging jobs that are at risk
Manage Claims Matrix for all DTC products, including updates, claim statement variations, and expiration dates
Manage DTC website content in Veeva for updates and expiration dates
Manage marketing collateral printing and shipping orders
Maintain and update creative SharePoint with updated source files and marketing collateral
Required
A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a commercial role is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel is required.
Experience working in a healthcare or regulated environment with the ability to identify claims and information that require validation, i.e., medical legal, and regulatory processes; DTC or B2B2C experience is required.
Project management/project tracking experience is Required.
Preferred
Demonstrated experience in Veeva Promo Mats, including creating and categorizing new jobs, linking and anchoring sources, and uploading new and final versions as needed is preferred.
