Responsible to perform production activities to achieve the expected results, execute activities for production control and follow up to assure smooth and continuous operations, under the direction of the Production Supervisor.

1-Assist the Production Supervisor in the daily production schedules and related activities for assigned production area, to achieve production plan and track hourly output in comparison to established expected result, including line clearance activities and required documentation from start up to work order closure.
Oversee and assess work of up to 15 Assemblers in one production cell - which may include visual inspection, and sequential review - providing coaching and feedback to ensure work is in compliance with work instructions and SOPs and Assemblers are fully trained to perform assigned tasks
3-Replace Assemblers on the line to cover relief breaks, using tools and equipment.
4-Ensure daily production activities are in accordance with established cycle times
5-Resolve escalated work for production cell, using technical resources
