Customer Service

Customer Services is a strategic partner to both our customers and businesses and focus on creating exceptional customer experiences and generates revenue growth.

About the role

AsCustomer Care Representativeyou willplay an essential role in guiding customers through their questions, ensuring smooth order handling, and strengthening day‑to‑day interactions. The environment is fast‑paced, collaborative, and shaped by people who enjoy taking initiative and delivering high‑quality support. This position sits at the heart of our Customer Service team supporting hospitals, laboratories, and B2B partners across the Benelux region.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the primary contact for customers by phone and email in Dutch, French, and English

  • Providing clear information on orders, product availability, delivery timelines, and related topics

  • Ensuring an excellent customer experience through thoughtful communication and problem solving

  • Working closely with colleagues in Sales, Order Entry, and Supply to maintain seamless service

  • Managing order blocking tickets and coordinating required actions

  • Supporting priority accounts with timely follow‑up, risk identification, and proactive communication

  • Monitoring critical orders and contributing to solutions that protect service performance

  • Preparing and sharing the VIP Backorder Report to help customers navigate stock disruptions

About you

  • Strong commercial mindset paired with a natural focus on customer needs

  • Proactive approach and motivation to take initiative when challenges arise

  • Experience working in a large, multi‑faceted B2B environment

  • Interest in improving processes and contributing to greater efficiency

  • Comfort working with diverse administrative tasks and operational complexity

  • Fluency in Dutch, French, and English, with curiosity to learn about our products

The salary or hourly rate offered to a successful candidate is determined by their experience, education, and skills, as well as the labor laws and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) requirements applicable to the work location.
