This role focuses on supporting humanitarian procurement processes for globally funded tenders and quotations, ensuring compliance and smooth operations across regions. Main responsibilities will include:

• Prepare quotations aligned with global health procurement requirements

• Coordinate international health tenders for organizations such as UNICEF and Stop TB

• Track awarded tenders and ensure service level agreements are fulfilled

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and service claims

• Provide logistics support for sensitive and cold chain products

• Monitor order fulfillment and minimize backorders through proactive communication

• Maintain compliance with shelf-life and expiry requirements

• Generate monthly revenue reports and assist with due diligence and regulatory documentation.

About you

• Diploma or higher education with strong written and verbal English skills

• Knowledge of supply chain, order handling, and customer service processes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Power BI is an advantage

• Experience in global health, NGOs, or healthcare sectors is beneficial

• Organized, solution-focused, and able to work independently and collaboratively

• Motivated to learn and contribute as part of a diverse team

Salary range for the role: 62 000 EUR pa+ benefits
