We are looking for a Technical Service Sales Representative in Nordics.This role sits within BD Technical service unit and will report into the Services Sales Team Lead North.
The core responsibilities for this role will be to convert, renew, sell & upsell service contracts from existing and prospective customers through a customer centric approach and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs. You must be dedicated to spending time on the phone with (prospective) customers. You will be expected four times per week in our office located close to Karolinska Solna campus in Stockholm.

Main responsibilities will include:
- Manage service sales call flow as first point of contact for internal & external customers (phone & e-mails)
- Identify, qualify, and close service sales and perform contract opportunity management according to the processes, systems and tools in place.
- Negotiate customer proposals by phone and emails
- Provide existing customers revised agreements as required (upsell) and renew accounts according to agreements on an annual basis
- Prepare and send service contract material to customer: offer letter, agreement terms & conditions, quotation, tender documents, RFP, RFQ, etc.
- Collect purchase orders from customer and timely invoice service contracts according to our forecasting planning in order to meet our financial goals
- Create and maintain service contract records and data quality in Service Max system, SFDC & LOTS as required
- Manage the financial sales goals and performance at countries/territory level
- Establish long-term, ongoing relationships with customers, increase presence at key accounts
- Close collaboration with regional Sales Manager, Sales Representative, Marketing teams, Technical Service leaders
About you:
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Sales experience in a commercial environment and/or healthcare industry is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel & Outlook, knowledge of Salesforce, SMAX is an advantage
For this position, the expected base salary ranges from 40 to 50 000 SEK per month. This reflects a more accurate range than the broader salary band indicated at the end of the job advertisement.
