This role is based in the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland. Candidates must hold a valid Swiss work visa or have existing work authorization.

Job Description

From hospital pharmacy to patient bedside, our Medication Management Solutions (MMS) portfolio includes infusion and IV therapy systems, pumps, software, interoperability tools, and vascular access devices. Our mission: protect every infusion for every patient, every time.

With our technical capabilities, the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) team are able to manage multiple systems and our operational capabilities enable us to have medications available when and where needed, reducing inefficiency and waste for nursing and pharmacy teams.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and deliver key portfolio programs and commercial activities across multiple products.

  • Monitor market and competitive trends, engaging customers to uncover insights and opportunities.

  • Define and manage marketing plans to meet financial targets and drive go-to-market strategies.

  • Align with regional teams on product lifecycle strategies, roadmaps, and portfolio rationalization.

  • Partner with global product management to ensure cohesive cross-portfolio approaches.

  • Act as a portfolio advocate, delivering training and support across functions and regions.

  • Collaborate with regulatory and regional teams to enable geographic expansion and registrations.

  • Work with supply chain and operations to ensure product availability and prioritize customer needs.

  • Provide leadership updates on portfolio progress, risks, and acceleration opportunities.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing; MBA highly preferred.

  • 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, strategy, or product management in the healthcare/medical devices on a regional or global scope.

  • Prior exposure to the infusion market is a strong plus.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

  • High computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, PowerBI, CRM systems).

  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to enhance marketing activities.

Compensation range for the role: from 130kCHF to 150kCHF
