Job Description Summary

This role leads major continuous improvement and digital transformation projects across our global supply chain. You will streamline processes, build analytical tools, and embed a strong CI culture with teams worldwide. You must hold Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen certification, with solid experience in CI, supply chain, or operations in complex international environments. Strong data skills (Excel, Power BI, Power Query, DAX, automation) and experience in large‑scale transformation are essential. ERP knowledge is a plus.
The role demands analytical rigor, adaptability to navigate ambiguity, ability to build structure from scratch, and strong influence without authority.
Swiss work permit and VAUD residency required.

Job Description

This role is ideal for a strategic problem solver who blends deep technical expertise in process optimization and data analysis with strong leadership and cross‑functional influence. It suits someone energized by driving operational excellence, shaping digital capabilities, and leading transformation in a complex global environment.

Your Mission:

  • Reimagine and optimize end‑to‑end supply chain processes.

  • Deploy Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to unlock efficiency and eliminate waste.

  • Build global standards, SOPs, and governance frameworks that scale.

  • Enhance IBP/S&OP field and cross‑functional collaboration.

  • Create dashboards, automation solutions, and digital tools that elevate decision‑making.

  • Lead high‑visibility projects with global interested parties.

  • Strengthen performance management through critical metrics, RCA, and corrective action frameworks.

  • Drive adoption of new tools and ways of working across regions.

Your Profile:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.

  • Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen certification is required.

  • Advanced data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel, Power BI and programming capabilities (Power Query, DAX, automation scripts).

  • Proven experience in continuous improvement, supply chain, operations, or project management within complex and mature international industrial environments (pharma, medtech, FMCG…).

  • Demonstrated expertise in large‑scale process transformation and automation.

  • Knowledge of ERP and planning systems is considered an asset.

  • Excellent communication skills, with a proven track record leading improvement initiatives and influencing multi‑regional supply chain networks without formal authority.

  • Strong analytical approach, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to prioritise simultaneously.

  • Fixed compensation between 145,000 and 160,000 CHF.
