It takes the imagination and passion of all of us—from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities.

We believe that the human element, across our global teams, is what allows us to continually evolve. Join us and discover an environment in which you’ll be supported to learn, grow and become your best self. Become a maker of possible with us.

Role Summary

As our Warehouse Systems & Data Integration Manager, you'll be the digital architect ensuring perfect harmony between our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP platforms (SAP, JDE, Manhattan/Körber). You'll craft the symphony of seamless high quality data flows, orchestrate flawless item master set-ups, and conduct stable warehouse operations across our global network.

You'll be the guardian of cross-system integration logic, the champion of deployment readiness, and the visionary who prevents data drift. Plus, you'll create stunning Power BI dashboards that transform complex data into actionable insights, working alongside our Databricks/IT wizards to illuminate the path to operational excellence!

Key Responsibilities

Integration & Data Ownership

  • Be the ultimate authority on WMS-ERP integration between SAP/JDE and Manhattan/Körber – mastering everything from data mapping to UOM hierarchy alignment and cross‑platform data quality.
  • Maintain governing rules, controls, and integration logic ensuring systems remain synchronized and stable.
  • Use SQL to validate data sets, troubleshoot integration defects, and support technical root cause analysis.

Power BI & Data Pipelines

  • Design and evolve eye-catching Power BI dashboards that reveal critical insights on data readiness, system synchronization, system health, and operational KPIs
  • Orchestrate seamless Power BI deployment pipelines from Dev to Test to Prod – ensuring controlled promotion of datasets, dataflows, and reports.
  • Partner with our Databricks and IT engineering teams to create robust data pipelines, transformations, and analytic data models.
  • Take ownership of dataset governance – from refresh schedules to performance tuning and access control
  • Ensure that data structures feeding Power BI meet reporting standards (schema, naming conventions, data definitions).

Standards & Governance

  • Craft and enforce warehouse master data standards, including material master, UOM, packaging hierarchy, inventory attributes, and configuration logic.
  • Implement ironclad governance processes that prevent data drift between WMS and ERP environments
  • Lead the charge for standardized KPIs and reporting conventions that unite our global operations

Project & Deployment Leadership

  • Spearhead data readiness for major deployments – from testing through validation to hypercare
  • Be the integration superhero during program milestones, bringing together Operations, IT, Master Data, Engineering, and Program Leadership
  • Create compelling Power BI scorecards that track deployment progress and celebrate success milestones

Issue Prevention & Operational Stability

  • Be our early warning system for integration defects and system mismatches; lead structured root cause analysis.
  • Use SQL queries and dashboard insights to proactively identify data issues, trends, and recurring failure points.
  • Design and Implement preventive controls and update integration logic, rules, or standards to eliminate recurring defects.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Become the trusted advisor for WMS-ERP data dependencies across our global supply chain network and IT teams.
  • Build strong partnerships with distribution centers to ensure consistent adoption of data standards configuration expectations, and reporting tools.
  • Share your expertise through training, documentation, and support Power BI dashboards and data governance processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 5+ years in warehouse operations, WMS/ERP integration, or master data management.

  • Experience with Manhattan, Körber, or similar warehouse systems

  • Experience developing Power BI dashboards and managing datasets/pipelines.

  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Familiarity with SQL for querying, troubleshooting, validation, and supporting data pipelines.

  • Ability to partner with Databricks or similar data engineering platforms (ETL/ELT environments).

  • Proven leadership in cutover execution and cross‑functional project coordination.

  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills; able to simplify complex technical topics.

  • Hands‑on familiarity with SAP MM/IM or JDE inventory/distribution modules.
