Job Description Summary
We are seeking an Technical Service Inside Sales Representative to join our BD EMEA Service Market Development team to support our Southern European Operation which is focused on France, Spain, Italy and Greece. You will play a key role in the service selling organization where service contracts and following financial and system administration will be key focus areas for this role. Together with the Southern European Service sales representative, local Administration teams and suppliers you will make sure that KPI’s are accurate and service selling requests are followed-up in a timely manner.Next to the focus on the Southern European service selling organization you will also support the Administration of our Informatics solutions, meaning the service contract, financial and data administration in line with the Service contract administration activities.
This position offers an opportunity to develop and enhance your commercial expertise while contributing to the healthcare sector. Thee possibility to quote, position and sell service contracts and other services will not be the main priority but is part of the possibilities for development.
This is an office-based role, with a focus on work-life balance and the opportunity to work from home one day per week.

Responsibilities
- Update and maintain our software tools and platforms such as servicemax, salesforce, LOTS and other records to assure accurate data.
- Collect purchase orders and ensure timely invoicing of service contracts and Time and Materia; to achieve financial objectives.
- Collaborate with internal Sales teams and Technical Service teams to generate time and material quotations for non-contract customers.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer queries coming in by Phone, internal shared inboxes and emails efficiently.
- Identify, qualify, and secure service sales opportunities, working within established processes / tools and team members.

Preferred Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with internal stakeholders and customers
- Ability to quickly adapt to and work with multiple software tools and platforms
- Ambitious, determined, and proactive in reaching targets and confident working independently and in collaboration with a team.
- Meticulous and organized, with a commitment to accuracy and punctuality in all tasks
- Experience in Service Selling and/or Administration is an advantage
- Fluent in English and proficient in French and Italian or Spanish. A preference would be to have the ability to speak and write the above 4 languages.
