Job Description

Job Summary
The Sr Rep, Regulatory Affairs will contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of regulatory strategies and submissions for BD APM products, ensuring compliance with EU regulations and standards. This role supports product lifecycles.

Job Responsibilities
* Prepare, review, and submit regulatory documents to health authorities for product approvals, registrations, and renewals.
* Interpret and apply global regulatory requirements and guidance to APM products and processes.
* Participate in cross-functional project teams to provide regulatory input and ensure compliance throughout the product development lifecycle.
* Assist in the preparation and review of labeling, promotional materials, and technical documentation for regulatory compliance.
* Support regulatory intelligence activities, monitoring changes in global regulations and assessing their impact on APM products.
* Participate in internal and external audits, providing regulatory expertise and documentation as required.
* Develop and maintain regulatory files and databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.
