Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement KPIs and dashboards to monitor field force effectiveness.
- Support territory alignment, sales force sizing, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence teams to develop incentive plans and performance tracking tools.
- Conduct segmentation and targeting analysis to optimize customer engagement strategies.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Maintain and enhance CRM systems and ensure data integrity.
- Lead or support SFE-related projects and initiatives across the region.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, SFE, or Commercial Excellence, preferably in themedical device or healthcare industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Experience with data modeling, forecasting, and incentive plan design is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
