The position of Sales Executive will be responsible for promotion & marketing of business products in defined territory to meet the business targets by building relationships with customers, influencing key decision makers and identifying new opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Marketing and Promotion
• Responsible for meeting sales target by planning and implementing appropriate action plans.
• Should have the ability to generate leads and develop new markets through personal contacts with customers, health care professionals and hospital administration.
• Should possess excellent communication skills to interact with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Should have analytical mindset to analyze data and draw conclusions thereof to take appropriate actions.
• Should have presentation skills to make effective presentations on product features and benefits to both clinical and non-clinical audiences.
Sales Activities
• Identify key accounts, networking and developing relationship with KOL’s of all major accounts (decision makers).
• Achieve sales target by planning and implementing appropriate action plans.
• Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunity areas.
• Gather feedback on products from end users and pass on the same to the Marketing Department for further action.
• Achieve target by planning and executing promotional activities as per guidelines provided by the Marketing Department from time to time.
• Plan and execute tender based selling process as per guidelines provided by the Marketing Department from time to time.
• Execute Detection camps / awareness programs in the respective region as per guidelines provided by the Marketing Department from time to time.
Qualification :
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Science/Pharmacy
Experience :
• 3-5 years of experience in Medical Devices Industry
