Job Description
Lead the development and deployment of site and network strategy (SDD), ensuring alignment of top‑down and bottom‑up indicators across all functions.
Partner with plant leadership and Business Unit managers to co‑design and implement BD Excellence and Cost‑to‑Win (CtW) plans and budgets.
Coach and mentor leadership teams on BD Excellence principles, benchmarking practices, Lean methodologies, and Zero Loss attitude.
Drive capability building across sites by deploying BD Excellence components and progressively advancing component methodologies.
Lead the Focused Improvement (FI) component team and strengthen problem‑solving skills at all organizational levels.
Coordinate cross‑functional component teams and FI project teams to eliminate losses aligned with strategic priorities.
Facilitate and lead breakthrough Kaizen events and ensure consistent execution of BD Excellence tools and methodologies.
Support sites in developing and managing a multi‑year CtW portfolio, optimizing the loss landscape, and prioritizing resources.
Provide accurate reporting on OEE, savings, and other key metrics for global BD Excellence visibility, including collaboration with Finance.
Promote internal and external benchmarking, challenge existing paradigms, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the network.
Preferred Profile
Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in Continuous Improvement, Lean Management, Industrial Engineering, or Project/Operations Management.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with proven leadership responsibilities.
Strong, practical experience in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑site projects within a complex, matrixed organization.
Proven track record of driving cultural change and implementing operational and customer excellence programs.
Excellent coaching, communication, and change‑management skills, with strong business acumen and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
