As a Digital Media Designer & E-learning Specialist (m/w/d), you will support the Global Customer Service Organization by creating digital training materials and collaborating with internal and international teams. Your focus will be on developing web-based trainings (WBTs), restructuring face-to-face sessions, and enhancing instructor-led content. You’ll contribute to LMS development and eLearning strategies, manage projects independently, and bring innovative ideas to support the shift to online training.

We are flexible! This position can be either full time or part time based on need and individual agreement.

About the position

• In this role, you will provide support to the Global Customer Service Organization by creating digital training materials
• You will have the opportunity to collaborate with various internal and international colleagues and departments, including technical training, R&D, and other teams, to develop web-based trainings (WBTs), restructure face-to-face trainings, and assist with instructor-led content
• Your contribution to LMS development and eLearning strategies, as well as technological advancements, is greatly appreciated. We value your innovative ideas during the transition to online training.
• You will be responsible for the independent management of projects, in close coordination with subject matter experts

About you

• You have a degree in multimedia, graphic design, or instructional design, or a related field in training development with a focus on e-learning
• A comprehensive understanding of digital andragogy, training and media didactics, and content management is highly advantageous
• You can demonstrate experience in developing in-house eLearning and in project management
• You have a proven track record of guiding subject matter experts and of scheduling e-content creations in a way that is both organized and effective

Further requirements are:

• Proficiency in the usage of eLearning authoring tools, such as Articulate 360, Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Creative Cloud (in particular Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experienced usage in visual design and preparation of training material
• Strong interpersonal and editing skills, as well as written and oral communication skills
• Fluent in English and preferably good language skills in German
• Previous experiences with an LMS
• Strong proactive collaboration with different internal teams and management to ensure requirements are being met and projects are kept on schedule
• You are a fast learner!
