In this strategic role, you will develop, execute, and optimize communication initiatives that inspire employees, strengthen our brand, and support key business objectives.
You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, collaborate closely with cross functional teams, and ensure consistent, impactful messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Communications

• Develop and execute the EMEA internal communications strategy, ensuring alignment with global communication priorities
• Craft compelling content for internal channels (newsletters, intranet, leadership messages, town halls, videos, campaigns)
• Support leadership communication, including message development, scripts, keynotes, and employee engagement initiatives
• Strengthen organizational culture through transparent, timely, and engaging communication
• Measure and report communication effectiveness and recommend improvements

External Communications

• Support EMEA‑wide external communication activities including press releases, media relations, and corporate storytelling
• Manage brand‑aligned content for external channels (website, social media, thought leadership, events)
• Coordinate with global and regional communication teams on joint initiatives and campaigns
• Monitor relevant media and industry developments to identify proactive communication opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in internal and/or external communications, ideally in an international environment
• Strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences
• Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
• Experience managing communication programs across multiple countries or cultures in EMEA
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple stakeholders, and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
• Hands‑on mentality, creativity, and strong project management skills

The salary or hourly rate offered to a successful candidate is determined by their experience, education, and skills, as well as the labor laws and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) requirements applicable to the work location.
