- Responsible for providing instrument installation and maintenance, technical advice, consultation & troubleshooting within Hong Kong and Macau
- Complete service documentation according to the BD specification and requirement of service contract
- Support and assist HK Sales and Marketing team for any business issue
- Interface effectively with other departments to resolve customer problems and issues.
- Promote service contract to maintain the growth of HK service revenue
- Properly maintain spare part inventory, test equipment, tools and technical data documentation
Requirements
- 3 years maintenance experience or above (within this industry is an advantage but not a must)
- High Diploma or above in Engineering or similar field
- Outstanding communication skills
- An analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability
