Job Description
About the Role
The world of creatives is changing fast — AI, automation, new platforms, new expectations. This role is built for designers or copywriters who want to grow into the next evolution of creative work: a hybrid craft that blends concept, content, and experience design.
As a Content Design Specialist, you won’t just “design assets.”
You will design understanding, emotion, clarity, and impact. You’ll shape how stories are felt, not just how they look. You’ll structure information so it resonates deeply with healthcare audiences — externally and internally. And you’ll help craft content experiences that inspire, educate, motivate, and drive advocacy across the region.
This is a role for someone who is curious, conceptual, imaginative. We are looking for someone who finds joy in understanding how ideas work, how content flows, how stories move people, and how to turn complexity into meaning.
What You’ll Do
1. Content Experience & Conceptual Thinking
- Turn insights, ideas, and messages into clear, emotionally resonant content experiences.
- Apply information design and hierarchy to make content not just attractive, but useful, intuitive, and impactful.
- Work closely with the Greater Asia content lead to bring concepts, themes, and narratives to life visually.
- Explore creative angles and lateral ideas that bring freshness to internal and external content.
2. Creative Development & Information Design Across Touchpoints
Your work will span both external and internal audiences:
- External campaigns: digital content, decks, infographics, visual storytelling, omnichannel assets.
- Internal communication: advocacy tools, culture campaigns, leadership narratives, transformation stories.
- Enablement: training decks, sales motivation materials, marketing toolkits, story-based learning resources.
- Content that drives ambassadorship, alignment, and inspiration within internal teams.
- Shape complex ideas into simple, beautiful, logical structures that support understanding and decision-making.
- Build modular content blocks that scale across markets and channels.
- Create templated, reusable systems that support the Greater Asia Content Factory vision.
3. Systems, Approvals & Governance (The Creative Backbone)
- Manage content within approval workflows and regulated systems (training provided).
- Ensure assets are trackable, tagged, attributed, and structured for measurement.
- Maintain consistency and brand coherence across countries and formats.
This isn’t “admin work”. It’s the governance architecture that lets creative work travel further and perform better.
What You’ll Bring
- 2–3 years of experience in design, content creation, visual communication, or hybrid creative roles.
- A portfolio demonstrating visual craft and conceptual thinking — clear hierarchy, narrative logic, and storytelling ability.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with comfort shaping short form copy for clarity and tone.
- Strong organizational instincts and an appreciation for how structure, process, and systems enable creativity to scale.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a regional environment with attention to detail and consistency.
- Interest in AI/LLM tools and how emerging creative technologies unlock new ways of working.
- A mindset that sees content as experience, meaning, and impact, not just output.
- A curious, exploratory mind — someone who:
- Loves wondering how things work
- asks thoughtful questions
- explores beyond the brief
- thinks laterally and imagines unexpected possibilities
- is energized by discovery, patterns, and insights
- Multilingual proficiency within Greater Asia is a plus.
