Job Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Maintain equipment by performing AM/PM activities, ensuring activities are completed on-time and
executed according to the plan.
2. Work closely with Planned Maintenance Engineer to ensure maintenance tasks are well
documented.
3. Conduct regular maintenance audits of equipment, identifying potential continuous improvement
opportunities to improve PM program effectiveness.
4. Provide leadership for TPM activities as assigned.
5. Support the organization and preparation of spare parts and other applicable materials required to
complete maintenance tasks for planned maintenance periods and equipment rebuild program.
6. Required to work during plant shut down periods to perform maintenance activities.
7. Provide support to the manufacturing unit technical teams as required to ensure optimal
equipment performance.
8. Assist with technical development and training opportunities for unit technical team on all shifts.
9. Other duties as required to support the needs of the business.
