Additionally, the Procurement Manager contributes to global category strategy by providing regional insights and ensuring alignment with strategic sourcing tools and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree + CIPS or equivalent.
• 5-10years in multinational environments, 5 years in strategic sourcing.
• Advanced understanding of HR -Consulting - and Technology
• Strong negotiation, project management, and supplier relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel (up to 25%).

Competencies:

• Critical thinking, influencing without authority, navigating ambiguity, building teams, and global mindset.
