About the role
As Territory Sales Specialist UCC reporting to National Sales Manager, your key challenge will be to drive and accelerate sales growth and penetration of our UCC product portfolio in the Veneto, Trentino Alto Adige e Friuli Venezia Giulia area.
Main responsibilities will include:
Targeting our Urology & Critical Care product range particularly public and private clients, you’ll work closely with local leadership and the clinical team to identify new leads and opportunities to close. Major responsibilities include:
Ensure the achievement of the assigned sales targets
Ensure timely and effective post-sales support and solutions adoption
Ensure, in collaboration with Sales Manager, ongoing training of hospital personnel through the mentor and organization of internal courses, in order to keep customers constantly updated on the accurate use of the products in use and to present the new technologies.
Contact with clinicians (Urologists, Resuscitators, Nurses etc.) and with the health departments.
Collaborate with tender & contract departments on managing large scale tender supporting the preparation of the most effective technical/commercial offer according to customer needs and in line with the UCC strategic priorities,
Provides input on new markets, new product introductions, and existing products or supplies.
Have the energy and ability to drive the sales process. Exhibit courage and curiosity. Proven track record of success. Show hunger to learn and keep up to date on products and procedures. Communicates clearly and fluently.
Prepare the most effective commercial offer according to customer needs and in line with the commercial policy.
About you
Ideally educated to science or economic degree, you must have a proven successful experience track record, underpinned by excellent interpersonal and customer relationship building skills and the clear ability to assess customer needs. An excellent communicator and presenter with robust interpersonal and analytical skills, you’re a flexible teammate who enjoy working collaboratively within a matrix organization. Excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills require. Resourceful to aim for results and meet targets complements your initiative and ability to work autonomously to prioritize, to manage and respond to customer concerns, and complete assigned task.
With intermediate level PC-literacy in MS Office, ideally, you will also offer experience of CRM system (i.e. Salesforce.com).
